The healtiest way to lose weight is not the quickest way to lose weight. Crash dietss and new, trendy weight loss or sudden and drastic increases in exerciseare not recommended and most doctors consider such an approach to weight loss to be dangerous.

Have you ever felt that the whole weight loss game is just one big lie? You lose some weight but you put it on again! Each time you do you will feel more miserable then you did before.
